Sterile Compounding Pharmacist - Tulsa, Oklahoma

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for an exciting opportunity at a Home Infusion Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is perfect for an experienced pharmacist who excels in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will be responsible for compounding sterile medications, ensuring the highest standards of safety and accuracy, and providing quality care to patients receiving home infusion therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding of medications in compliance with USP <797> standards.
• Prepare and dispense medications for home infusion therapies.
• Verify accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions.
• Maintain sterile compounding environment and uphold aseptic technique protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Qualifications:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience
• On-call every 4th weekend.
• Oklahoma pharmacy license.
