Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Contract to Hire - Hudson, Massachusetts

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM; on-call every 2 weekends)

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join a reputable Home Infusion Pharmacy in Hudson, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards in sterile compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with USP <797> standards.
• Operate and maintain sterile compounding equipment and cleanroom environments.
• Accurately label, package, and document all compounded products.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other technicians to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols to maintain a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Infusion Pharmacy required.
• Proven expertise in sterile compounding.
• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required.
• PTCB certification preferred but not required.
