Location: Fairfield, OH
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential for permanent placement

Shift Times Available:

• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

• 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Position Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with sterile compounding expertise to support operations in a regulated, high-volume mail order facility. If you have a strong background in cleanroom procedures and want to grow within a stable organization, this opportunity is for you.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist pharmacists with the preparation and compounding of sterile medications

• Follow strict procedures to ensure cleanroom compliance and product accuracy

• Accurately label, document, and prepare prescriptions based on physician orders

• Handle and measure ingredients in accordance with USP <797> guidelines

• Maintain inventory and organization of sterile compounding supplies

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license

• Previous hands-on experience with sterile compounding (mandatory)

• Understanding of aseptic techniques and safety protocols

• High attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow directions precisely
