Shift Availability:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

  • Midday: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

  • Evening: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Position Overview:
We re recruiting a licensed Pharmacy Technician with sterile compounding experience to support a growing mail order and specialty pharmacy operation in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a contract-to-permanent role perfect for someone looking to secure a long-term position in a professional and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sterile compounded medications in accordance with pharmacy protocols and state regulations

  • Follow precise measurements to ensure accurate dosage preparation

  • Record and label medication information with strict attention to detail

  • Support pharmacists with order fulfillment, documentation, and inventory of compounded materials

  • Maintain cleanroom standards in alignment with USP <797> regulations

What We re Looking For:

  • Current and active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio

  • Proven hands-on experience in sterile compounding (required)

  • Strong understanding of sterile technique and safety protocols

  • Reliability, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining compliance
