Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Fairfield, Ohio

Location: Fairfield, OH

Assignment Term: 13+ weeks, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position

Shifts: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift

Job Duties:

1. Assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.
2. Measure dosage of medications according to prescription orders.
3. Label and record dosage information.
4. Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
5. Sterile Compounding: This likely involves preparing sterile medications in a clean and controlled environment to ensure the safety and efficacy of the medications.

Required Qualifications:

1. Active pharmacy technician license in the state of Ohio (OH).
2. 1+ years of Sterile compounding experience

This role involves working closely with a pharmacist to prepare, measure, and label medications, as well as maintaining proper inventory and ensuring the quality of sterile medications.
