Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Houston, TX

We are actively seeking a skilled and dependable Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a contract opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role is based in a specialized IV compounding environment and requires a technician who is confident working within USP <797> standards and cleanroom protocols. Position Details:

• Location: Houston, TX

• Setting: Sterile Compounding / IV Room

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Type: 8+ week full-time contract assignment

Responsibilities:

• Compound sterile IV medications following USP <797> standards

• Uphold aseptic technique and proper cleanroom practices

• Accurately label, package, and document all compounded products

• Support pharmacists and collaborate with team members to ensure quality and safety in all preparations

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License

• PTCB certification (required)

• IV Certification (required)

• Minimum 1 2 years of recent sterile compounding/IV room experience

• Strong commitment to accuracy, sterile procedure compliance, and cleanroom standards
