Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient - Cleveland, Ohio

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is based in an inpatient setting and offers a full-time, day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile compounding, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with USP <797> guidelines.
• Accurately measure, mix, and label medications for patient-specific orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on compounded products to ensure accuracy and sterility.
• Work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Manage inventory of compounding supplies and medications, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Shift:

• Days
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Inpatient hospital pharmacy technician experience.
• Sterile Compounding experience.
• TPN experience.
• OH pharmacy technician license.
• CPhT national certification.
