Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmacy Technician with proven sterile compounding experience to join a respected pharmacy operation in Fairfield, Ohio. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and are looking for long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications

• Accurately measure, mix, and label sterile compounded medications based on prescription requirements

• Maintain thorough documentation of all compounding activities and dosage records

• Comply with USP <797> guidelines and maintain a sterile, controlled cleanroom environment

• Ensure safety and accuracy at all stages of the compounding process

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (required)

• Prior experience in sterile compounding (required; not optional)

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow sterile procedures precisely

• Comfortable working in a regulated, high-volume pharmacy setting
