Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Position Available in Houston, TX.

RPh on the Go has a contract position for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Houston, TX. This is a 13 week contract that could become a permanent position.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the compounding of medications according to doctors specifications by using raw chemicals and commercially available prescriptions.
• Overseeing the compounding lab under the direction of the pharmacist
• Supports the pharmacy team by helping compound, stock, assemble, and distribute medications

Required:

• Pharmacy technician license in the state of Texas
• Sterile compounding experience or a strong background in non-sterile compounding
• Sterile compounding certification
• PTCB preferred
