Rph on the Go is hiring a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Torrance, CA!

Term of assignment: ASAP temp to perm

Shift: 8-hour shifts starting from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

We're seeking 3-5 IV techs, all with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition. If you're passionate about pharmacy, have experience in sterile compounding, and are ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Overview of Your Role:

As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Cleanroom: Setting up the cleanroom for daily activities, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly cleaning and checking equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stock Management: Monitoring the stock going in and out of the cleanroom, maintaining accurate records.
• Cleanroom Operations: Operating cleanroom equipment with precision and care.
• Compounding Mastery: Proficiently compounding various drugs, demonstrating your expertise.
• Temperature Monitoring: Keeping a vigilant eye on cleanroom and refrigerator temperatures, ensuring medication integrity.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• CA Pharmacy Technician License
• Sterile Compounding Experience
• IV Certification (a plus)
• Home Infusion/Hospital Experience

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: $22-24 per hour
