Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Torrance, CA

RPh on the Go is currently in pursuit of a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacy technician with expertise in sterile compounding. Located in Torrance, CA, this role presents an initial 13-week assignment, with the potential for an extension contingent upon the candidate's performance. If you possess a strong passion for acquiring valuable experience within a home infusion setting, we encourage you to promptly submit your application.

Shift & Hours:

• 8 hours starting between 9:30AM and 12:30PM
• Facility closes at 8PM

Duties:

• Compound, dispense, and package medications under proper supervision
• Prepare cleanroom for daily operations
• Clean and check equipment
• Compound any drug needed
• Monitor cleanroom and refrigerator temps

Requirements:

• Valid pharmacy technician license in the state of California
• Prior sterile compounding experience
• IV certification is preferred, but not required
• Home infusion or hospital experience

Pay: $22-24
