Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians , OH | Day Shift

We are seeking experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians for a full-time first shift opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This role offers a 13-week contract-to-hire track and is ideal for technicians with strong compounding skills and a commitment to patient safety and precision.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Immediate openings available

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision

• Accurately measure, mix, and label prescriptions per order specifications

• Maintain cleanroom standards and aseptic technique protocols

• Ensure accurate documentation and proper storage of all prepared medications

Requirements:

• Active Ohio pharmacy technician license

• Prior sterile compounding experience (required)

• Knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines strongly preferred

• Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and compliance
