Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist, Days (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) - Hudson, MA

We are seeking a Massachusetts licensed Staff Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a Home Infusion Pharmacy in Hudson, MA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call duties every 2 weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with USP standards

• Manage and coordinate pharmacy operations in a home infusion setting

• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications

• Provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers regarding infusion therapy

• Maintain accurate records of medication orders and inventory

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacy license

• Home infusion pharmacy experience

• Sterile compounding experience
