Staff Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding (Dayshift)
Location: Hudson, Massachusetts

Are you an experienced pharmacist with a passion for sterile compounding and patient care? Join a dynamic home infusion pharmacy team in Hudson, MA, where your expertise will make a direct impact on patient health.

Environment: Home Infusion

Shift:

• Monday - Friday, Days (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• On-call coverage required every 2 weekends

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of prescriptions and compounded products.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile compounding protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage inventory and ordering of medications and compounding supplies.
• Provide on-call support, addressing patient and provider needs as required.

Requirements:

• Previous home infusion pharmacy experience is required.
• Proficiency in sterile compounding is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacist license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
