Staff Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Position Overview:
RPH on the Go is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist with experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings for a full-time position in Tulsa, OK. This role is focused on sterile compounding within a home infusion environment, offering a structured weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform sterile compounding for home infusion patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care.
• Comply with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice.
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4th weekend.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a valid Oklahoma Pharmacy License.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
