Sterile Compounding Techs, temp to perm, Houston TX

We are actively searching for someone with sterile compounding experience and a certification to fulfill a sterile compounding tech role located in Houston Texas. The ideal candidate must have their pharmacy technician license in the state of TX.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the compounding of medications according to doctors specifications by using raw chemicals and commercially available prescriptions.
• Overseeing the compounding lab under the direction of the pharmacist
• Supports the pharmacy team by helping compound, stock, assemble, and distribute medications

Required:

• Sterile compounding experience or a strong background in non-sterile compounding 
• Sterile compounding certification
• PTCB preferred
• Pharmacy Technician license in Texas
