Supervising Pharmacist - Benefits Included (Contract to Permanent Hire)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to lead our retail pharmacy team. This position involves managing daily operations, maintaining inventory, verifying prescriptions, and supervising staff to ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy workflows. Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends)
Duration: Temp-to-Perm, 13+ weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Verify prescriptions with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.
• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted NY State Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven management experience with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Compensation: $60 or more an hour based on experience
