Supervising Pharmacist Contract to Hire (Full Benefits)

We are seeking a dedicated Supervising Pharmacist for a temp-to-perm role in a busy retail pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists with a passion for leadership to oversee operations and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of medications.
• Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Lead and manage pharmacy employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Schedule:

• Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
• Closed on weekends.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven management experience in a pharmacy setting.
