RPh on the Go a premier pharmacy staffing agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervising Pharmacist for a retail pharmacy located in the heart of New York City. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a dynamic team while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, with potential for direct hire
• Location: New York, NY

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and other personnel.
• Deliver exceptional patient care, including counseling on prescriptions and health-related concerns.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and maintain thorough documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.

Requirements

• Active NY State Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Prior management experience is required.

Compensation

• $55-60/hour, based on experience.
