Temp to Hire Supervising Pharmacist (Day Shift - Full Benefits)

Join a thriving retail pharmacy as a Supervising Pharmacist and play a pivotal role in its operations. This leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a team, oversee inventory and prescription verifications, and ensure the pharmacy delivers top-notch patient care.

Primary Duties:

• Lead the pharmacy team to achieve operational excellence and compliance with legal standards.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure availability of medications and supplies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Address customer needs and inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Current and active NY State Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience is required.
• Demonstrated management expertise and ability to lead a team effectively.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends)
Duration: Temp-to-Perm, 13+ weeks

Compensation: $60+ / hour depending on experience
