Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the accurate and compliant dispensing of medications. You ll manage the pharmacy team, providing leadership and guidance while ensuring patient safety and high standards of care.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Prescription Review & Dispensing: Ensure all prescriptions are properly reviewed for accuracy, compliance, and authenticity.
• Stay Current on Compliance: Keep up to date with pharmacy laws, policies, and internal procedures.
• Oversee Shipments: Supervise the dispensation and shipment of medications, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians and ancillary staff, fostering a positive, professional, and efficient work environment.
• Log Management: Sign and verify the daily pharmacy prescription log to ensure operational compliance.

Who We re Looking For:

We re seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused pharmacist with the following qualifications:

• Education: A Doctorate or Bachelor s in Pharmacy.
• Experience: At least 1 year of pharmacy experience (retail pharmacy experience is a plus).
• Licenses: Active, clear licenses in both California (CA) and Tennessee (TN).
• Leadership Qualities: Previous PIC experience is ideal, though a strong leadership background will be highly valued.
