Assignment Details:

• Position: Travel Clinical Pharmacist

• Setting: Inpatient Hospital

• Location: Vermont

• Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

• Schedule: Day shift, full-time hours

• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting

• Verify medication orders, monitor drug therapies, and consult with medical staff

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

• Participate in patient care rounds as needed

Requirements:

• Active Vermont Pharmacist license

• Hospital pharmacy experience

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
