Travel Clinical Pharmacist (Outpatient) Peridot, AZ

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure top-tier service quality in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback and utilize HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.
  
  Requirements:
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred.
• Five years professional experience with two years of management experience.
• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency.
• Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license, preferred.
• AHA/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
