Position Details:

• Title: Travel Clinical Pharmacist

• Location: Vermont

• Setting: Inpatient Hospital

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (possible extension)

• Schedule: Day shift | Full-time hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital environment

• Verify medication orders, monitor drug therapies, and provide consultation to healthcare providers

• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards

• Participate in interdisciplinary patient care rounds as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont Pharmacist license

• Recent experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
