Travel Contract - Hospital Pharmacist - Oregon

RPh on the Go is urgently hiring a Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment in Oregon. This full-time role operates on an 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift.

Job Duties:

• Review and interpret medication orders for inpatient and outpatient needs
• Prepare and check medications for distribution to various departments
• Counsel patients on medication management at discharge
• Inspect pharmacy inventory to ensure compliance with departmental policies

Requirements:

• Clear and active Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
