Position Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Travel Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Coquille, Oregon. This is a full-time role where you will play a key role in providing pharmaceutical care to hospital patients, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications according to physician orders
• Perform clinical assessments and medication therapy management
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient reactions to medications and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain detailed records of medication administration and patient interactions
• Provide counseling and education to patients and healthcare providers

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
• 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
