RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Hospital Pharmacist for a full-time travel assignment in Coquille, Oregon. Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Prepare and dispense medications following hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and hospital regulations.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and pharmacy records.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
• 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
