Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications, ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital policies.
• Review and interpret physician orders, ensuring appropriate drug therapy.
• Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Participate in clinical rounds and offer pharmacotherapy recommendations.
• Manage hospital inventory and ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
• 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
