RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced and driven Travel Interim Pharmacy Manager to join a reputable hospital in Wisconsin for a 13-week contracted assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys stepping into new settings to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Lead and support the pharmacy team to maintain high standards of medication safety and clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Monitor inventory, budgeting, and staffing needs.

• Implement and uphold quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license.

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and lead effectively in a new environment.

Assignment Details:

• Monday Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• On-call required on weekends
