RPh on the Go is actively recruiting an experienced and motivated Travel Interim Pharmacy Manager for a 13-week contracted assignment at a respected hospital in Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacy leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about ensuring efficient operations and top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations in compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Provide leadership and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring the highest standards of medication safety and clinical service.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

• Manage inventory, staffing, and budgeting processes.

• Lead and maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license required.

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy leadership or management experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt and lead in a new environment.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• On-call required on weekends

• 13-week contract with potential for extension based on facility needs
