Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outpatient Pharmacist to join us for a 13-week assignment, ideally starting by October 7th. In this essential role, you'll ensure the safe and efficient distribution of medications, making a meaningful impact on patient health.

Core Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense medications under the guidance of the pharmacy manager.
• Patient Education: Counsel patients on their medication regimens and health needs.
• Customer Service: Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and controlled substances.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving patient issues and clarifying third-party billing matters.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must have a valid and active pharmacist license in Colorado.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience is required.
