Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract, starting ideally by October 7th. In this key role, you will ensure the safe and effective delivery of medications, playing a vital role in patient health.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensation: Work under the supervision of the pharmacy manager to accurately dispense medications.
• Patient Counseling: Provide essential guidance and support to patients regarding their prescriptions and health regimens.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism.
• Inventory Oversight: Keep precise records of stock and controlled substances to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing patient issues and clarifying third-party coverage details efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must possess a current and valid pharmacist license in Colorado.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a retail pharmacy setting is required.
