Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for inpatient patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, counseling patients as needed
• Assist in medication management and ensure compliance with hospital protocols

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Active Oregon Pharmacist license in good standing
• Eagerness to travel and work a contract assignment
