Travel Pharmacist - 13 Weeks - Oregon

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a 13+ week assignment at a hospital in Oregon. This is a first-shift opportunity that offers a dynamic role in patient care and pharmacy operations in an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret medication orders for inpatients and outpatients as needed.
• Prepare and verify medications prior to distribution to offices, clinics, and ambulance services.
• Counsel discharged patients on medication management.
• Inspect pharmacy inventory to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Oregon Pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Assignment Details:

• 13+ weeks duration with potential extensions.
