Travel- Pharmacist- Coquille Valley, OR

RPh on the go is actively looking for a Travel Hospital Pharmacist in Coquille, Oregon! This is a 13+ week temp to perm position and we re currently holding interviews to start working ASAP.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Active and clear OR Pharmacist License
• At least 2 years in a Hospital Setting
• Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred

Overview:

• Reviews and interprets medication orders for inpatients and outpatients as needed.
• Prepares and/or checks medications prior to distribution of drugs and medications to various offices, clinics, and ambulance services
• Counsels patients being discharged from the hospital related to medication management
• Inspects pharmacy inventory to assure that drugs are maintained according to departmental policy and procedures.
