RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a hospital team in Northern California. This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care, willing to travel to a scenic, dynamic location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification and management using Cerner and Omnicell systems
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses, providing expert consultations
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems
• PGY1 residency preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
