Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Travel Pharmacist in Charge for a 13-week assignment in Crane, TX, with the potential for permanent placement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians, cashiers, and support personnel.
• Oversee the ordering of pharmacy supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Measure, prepare, and dispense medications accurately, ensuring all prescription orders are fulfilled.
• Manage staffing responsibilities, including the recruitment and training of new pharmacy employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Clear and active Texas pharmacy license.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge experience is a plus but not required.

Additional Information:

• The pharmacy processes between 250-350 prescriptions daily, typically staffed by 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians.
• Housing is provided for travel candidates.
• The client is looking for a long-term candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to quality patient care.
