Travel Pharmacist in Charge Northern California

We re seeking a skilled Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our California pharmacy team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, driving business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high standard of patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct pharmacy operations to meet goals in customer service, sales, and expense management
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies
• Oversee inventory, manage staffing, and train pharmacy team members
• Lead the Pharmacy Care program, including immunizations and patient consultations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to boost prescription volume and support store initiatives

Qualifications:

• B.S. or PharmD in Pharmacy
• California Pharmacist license
• Knowledgeable in pharmacy regulations, OTC drugs, and third-party plans
• Strong skills in team leadership, customer relations, and business planning
• Microsoft Office proficiency
