Travel Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Contract to Hire - Crane, Texas

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a contract-to-hire position in Crane, Texas. This role offers the unique opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying the flexibility of a travel position, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead the pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, improving workflow, and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), managing daily operations of the pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
• Oversee and manage pharmacy staff, including technicians
• Monitor and improve pharmacy workflow and inventory management
• Maintain accurate prescription records and ensure proper dispensing procedures
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and audits

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience
• Clear and active TX license
• PIC experience is a plus but not required
