Travel Pharmacist Inpatient Hospital Southern Missouri

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Clinical Pharmacist in Southern Missouri. This is an urgent 13+ week assignment, and we are seeking someone to start as soon as possible. The pharmacist will be responsible for inpatient duties including order verification, supervising technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and pharmacokinetics.

Position details:

• Location: Southern Missouri

• Setting: 13+ week Travel Pharmacist assignment

• Schedule: Rotating days and evenings. Shifts are 7:00am 3:30pm or 1:00pm 9:30pm. All shifts are 8 hours. Every other weekend required, 9:00am 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders

• Supervise pharmacy technicians

• Consult with physicians and nursing staff

• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Missouri

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Experience with EPIC and Pyxis preferred
