Job Title: Outpatient Pharmacist (Travel)
Location: Monte Vista, CO
Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for permanent placement
Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Housing: Provided by the employer

Position Summary:

• Work closely with the pharmacy manager to ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications to all customers.
• Provide essential counseling and information to patients about their medications and treatment protocols.
• Address and resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns according to established guidelines.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and accurate records for controlled substances.
• Assist patients in navigating insurance coverage issues and resolve any related problems.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current and active pharmacist license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
