Travel Pharmacist - Retail Pharmacy Manager (PIC)

Are you an experienced pharmacist looking for a new opportunity to lead a team in an outpatient setting? RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacy Manager (PIC) willing to travel for a 13+ week contract assignment in a retail pharmacy.

Position Details:

• Title: Retail Pharmacy Manager (PIC)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Assignment Length: 13+ weeks

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including ordering supplies, equipment, and managing inventory
• Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff, create schedules, and evaluate employee performance
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures
• Prepare prescription orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accurate medication dispensing for patients

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• 2+ years of recent management experience
