RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and driven Travel Pharmacy Manager to support a respected healthcare facility in Oregon on a contracted basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacy leader who thrives in diverse environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while traveling.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• On-Call: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain outstanding patient care standards.

• Develop and uphold quality assurance and safety protocols.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative teams to enhance pharmacy services.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• On-Call: Required

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.

• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and eager to work in a travel role.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and environments.
