Travel Staff Pharmacist Bryan, TX (Contract-to-Hire)

RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity in Bryan, Texas. This position requires flexibility for travel and offers a stable Monday Friday day shift, 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations including staff supervision and inventory management.
• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance and conduct medication therapy reviews.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support improved patient outcomes.
• Manage the compounding, dispensing, and counseling of medications.
• Monitor drug usage, promote cost-effective prescribing, and stay updated on new medications and regulations.

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
