Job Title: Travel Pharmacist - Pasco, WA Area (Multiple Openings)

Location: Pasco, WA
Shift: Day Shifts 8 Hour Shifts (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) or 12 Hour Shifts (9:00 AM 9:00 PM)
Travel Assignment: Competitive pay, potential for permanent role, hotel and mileage reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Travel Pharmacists to join our team in the Pasco, WA area. As a Travel Pharmacist, you will have the unique opportunity to choose your schedule, working with a variety of stores or clusters of stores in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for licensed pharmacists who enjoy flexibility and the chance to work in different environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pharmacy services to patients in a retail setting.
• Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients on medication use, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
• Offer immunization services (if certified) and provide medication therapy management.
• Manage inventory and assist in operational pharmacy functions.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active pharmacy license in good standing.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • NPI (National Provider Identifier) Number verification required. Verify NPI here.
  • Immunization Certificate (ACPE or APHA certification).
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
  • Flexibility and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
