Traveling Outpatient Pharmacist Natchitoches, Louisiana

RPh on the Go is seeking a Retail Pharmacist for an outpatient position in Natchitoches, Louisiana. This role is travel-based and requires availability for a 7 on, 7 off schedule. The client is looking for a pharmacist who can start ASAP.

Position Details:

• Location: Natchitoches, Louisiana (Travel required)
• Term: Start ASAP
• Shift: 1st shift, Thursday to Wednesday (7 on, 7 off)
• Hours: 11:00am - 7:30pm

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement collaborative practice agreements to drive patient medication compliance for high-risk patients when applicable.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Manage staffing needs to fulfill the pharmacy s requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all prescription medications received and dispensed.
• Ensure policies for accurate dispensing and labeling of medications are in place and adhered to.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist License in the state of Louisiana.
• 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Comfortable working in high-volume pharmacy conditions.
