Traveling Staff Pharmacist in Peridot, AZ

Job Type: Temporary
Length of Assignment: 13+ weeks
Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Essential Functions:

1. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure top-tier service quality in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
3. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
4. Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.
5. Provide feedback and utilize HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred
• Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience
• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one year of residency
• Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license preferred
• AHA/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
