Travel/Local Pharmacy Supervisor in Peridot, AZ

Position: Pharmacy Supervisor (Travel/Local)
Location: Peridot, AZ
Contract Duration: 13+ weeks (extensions available based on interest)

Shift: Full-time: 30 hours/week Monday - Friday

Overview:

• Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor role
• Preference for local candidates who may be interested in converting to a full-time position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school (PharmD preferred)
• 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred
• Three (3) years of pharmacist experience
• Minimum two (2) years in hospital practice preferred
• BLS certification from AHA (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
• Current and active Pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred)
• Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred
