Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input prescription information, patient details, and other pertinent data into the pharmacy system with high precision.
  • Verification: Cross-check entered data against original documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordination: Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve discrepancies and clarify information.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, regarding data handling and patient confidentiality.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries related to prescription statuses and data accuracy.
  • Maintenance: Keep up-to-date with changes in pharmacy practices and regulations to maintain the integrity of the data entry process.


  • Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm


  • IN Pharmacy Technician license
  • Data entry experience required
  • Strong customer service required
  • Long Term Care experience a plus
  • QS/1 or DocuTrack experience
