Urgently Hiring Staff Pharmacist Fairfield, Ohio (No Weekends)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (No weekends!)
Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join a reputable Compounding Pharmacy team in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent daytime schedule and an excellent chance for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and/or data entry clerks to ensure accurate data entry, efficient workflow, security, and adherence to delivery timelines.

• Monitor and oversee ordering and prepacking activities performed by technicians.

• Review all new medication orders for proper dosage, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications prior to dispensing.

• Support the proper ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances, including maintaining a perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license.

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus.
